How to Get Started with Custom Screen Printing at The Red Tin

Our custom screen printing process is built to be simple, organized, and totally tailored to your needs. Whether you're printing for a business, event, school, or personal project, we’re here to make it seamless from start to finish.
The first step is filling out our Custom Screen Printing Inquiry Form.
This gives us the details we need—like the type of garment you’re looking for, the quantity, number of ink colors, print placement, and any artwork files you have. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out just yet—we’ll help you fill in the blanks.
Once we receive your form, we’ll review your request and create a custom project proposal.
This includes an estimate, a mockup if artwork is provided, and any recommendations for garments or print techniques. From there, we’ll send over an invoice and service agreement to lock in your order. Once both are completed and payment is received, your project officially goes into production.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from the time your order is finalized, but rush options may be available if you’re in a time crunch.
We print everything in-house, which means we maintain full control over quality, turnaround time, and communication.
